The beautiful beachside setting of our summertime bistro, Nautica, offers guests a selection of popular à la carte specialties from a menu that is specially crafted each season, utilizing the freshest local ingredients. Our standout dishes are two deliciously refreshing summer salads: one with watermelon and mizithra cheese, served with marinated olives, as well as a nutritious green salad of lettuce, endives, radishes and green onions that makes for a perfect light summer meal. In keeping with the light, beachy vibes of the restaurant, our chefs have also created a unique dish of King Prawns served with basmati rice and a mango and papaya salad. And to top it all off, the coolest of summer desserts: the sweet yet refreshing Almond Delice. For the meat lovers out there, we have also introduced the Kansas City Style burger which consists of a beef patty and pulled pork, both slow-cooked for hours until tender in Nautica’s in-house Stockton smoker.

Each season, our team of chefs reimagines the menu, drawing on the culinary nuances of Tuscany and utilizing the freshest of local ingredients, to create authentic, yet innovative flavors. Our newest offerings are three beef dishes: Beef Bistecca a la Florentina, Veal Chop Milanese and Beef Carpaccio, as well as a lighter option of Yellowfin Tuna Tartar. For dessert, who can resist the Semifreddo Cassata, with its raisin and citrus confit, ricotta cream and orange sponge?
