At the Elysium, we always care for our guests well being and for this reason we are on a constant journey to source only the freshest and most nutrient ingredients available on the market. With this philosophy in mind, we have recently introduced the "Healthy Option" section to both our breakfast and dinner buffets. For breakfast, we have added an abundant selection of nuts, seeds and dried fruits, including chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dried aloe vera, dried cranberries, dried pineapple and dried papaya, to name just a few. Incorporating any of the above mentioned "Super Foods", will have a huge impact on both your physical and mental health. You will have a lower risk of weight gain, type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Seeds and nuts help you reach your recommended intake of protein each day, as well as count towards your daily fat allowance. Also try our "Healthy Option" salad buffet for dinner, where only the freshest locally sourced vegetables and salad are served, as nature intended, unprocessed.
