A landmark renovation
Following four months of intensive renovations, the Elysium opened its doors on March 23, and welcomed its guests to its refreshed setting, providing for a revitalised holiday experience.
Partnering with US-based Wilson Associates – a world-class interior design firm – we undertook the reinvigoration of select room types, along with a variety of our eateries, and communal areas, without compromising our unique character.
The hotels’ Deluxe Rooms have been enriched with new eclectic soft furnishings inspiring of the island’s history, whilst the creation of a new one-bedroom room type, the Elysium Suites, is hoped to afford families and couples alike desiring of comfort and convenience a home away from home.
Meanwhile, committed to introducing guests to the joie de vivre associated with culinary brilliance, the Elysium has revamped a number of its outlets, including the grand Epicurean Restaurant (the star of which is its spectacular new terrace enshrouded with greenery and ethereal string lights), jovial Lemonia Piazza (overhauled with driftwood features, and sandy and aqua hues inspiring of the Elysium’s seaside setting), and chic Café Occidental (complete with luxurious cream lacquer embellishments, and a revamped, sophisticated display of its tempting baked delights).
Finally, aspiring to effectively set the tone for the Elysium experience from the moment guests make their entrance, the lobby space has been enhanced with the addition of elegant suites, whilst the reception area is now composed of individual booths, making for a more personal welcome (and farewell) that guests will remember long after their departure.
