Truffle season is once again upon us, and Chef Giorgio Locatelli invites you to once again partake in the secrets behind the white truffle’s luxurious taste. Starting on November 14th, Ristorante Locatelli at the AMARA has curated a one-of-a-kind white truffle à la carte menu that will tantalize your taste buds. Guests can opt for the full Truffle menu or select just one dish to accompany their regular selection from the à la carte menu. To make this experience all the more special, the Michelin starred chef himself will make a special appearance between 14 and 20 November.
